A PLAN FOR EVERY COMPANY
Whether you have just launched your label or run several companies across several countries, Just Fashion is configured around your structure. What you pay depends on how many people use the system at the same time, on the channels you connect and on the stores you run: you pay for concurrent access, not for installed seats.
A three-person company has the same system in front of it as a group turning over a hundred million.
There is no version for small companies. The same system that handles more than a hundred thousand SKUs across twelve sales channels and two intercompany entities is the one a brand founded last year runs on three logins.
What changes is how much of it you use, not what it can do. It is why our clients, as they grew, never had to change system: they added logins and modules, and carried on working.
Starter
A tailored solution for smaller companies and start-ups, with annual revenue under one million euros, that want to get organised. Whether you own a brand, manufacture for others or resell in your own stores.
Request pricingPro
A complete solution for established companies: brands with an agent network and wholesale, contract manufacturers, multibrand retailers with several stores and online channels.
Request pricingEnterprise
An advanced solution for companies looking for extra capability and maximum scalability: several companies, several brands, several countries, intercompany. Often those doing all three things at once.
Request pricingThree ways of working, one system. Many of our clients do all three.
Small companies have the same problems as large ones. With fewer people to solve them.
Sizes and colours, seasons, sampling, subcontractors, sales channels, returns: the complexity of fashion does not shrink with revenue. The numbers change, the processes do not, and a small company faces them with fewer people.
That is why we do not make cut-down versions. A three-person brand works on the same system that was built for a group turning over €200m with offices in Milan, Tokyo and New York: the tools to compete are there from day one.
What changes from one plan to the next is not the features, but how many people work on it at the same time and which optional modules are active.

Every configuration is defined together with you. Quotation within one business day.
What a configuration looks like.
A brand starting out
1 full login plus 3 limited: sales, logistics, product. Agent logins are added once the sales network takes shape.
A retailer opening up
1 full login, one till station and the Shopify integration. Store and website read the same availability from day one.
An established company
3 or more full logins, limited users by department, the agents, one station per store and the online channels connected.
In all three cases the system is the same and complete. The retailer opening a store today already has sampling, bills of materials and production in front of them: the day they decide to produce under their own label they buy nothing, they add a login.
The configuration is decided month by month.
Logins are added and removed month by month, without redoing the contract. It is the opposite of how business software usually works, where seats are bought for the year and paid for even when nobody uses them.
Agents are the most common case. Fashion sales campaigns run from December to March and from June to early September: a company with twenty agents keeps the licences active during those months and out of season leaves just one, for anyone who needs to look up history or prepare a reorder.
But it applies to any login. You hire someone for a campaign, open a temporary store, bring in extra help during a busy period: you add what you need and remove it when it is over.
So the cost follows what the company actually does, instead of being a fixed figure set once a year on forecasts that then change.
Add what you need, when you need it.
JF AI
From the sketch and a photo of the fabric, a realistic rendering of the garment. And from garments already in your warehouse, clean images for e-commerce and the B2B catalogue.
Not only images: JF AI writes product titles, descriptions and translations, and works out the HS customs code from the composition, category and characteristics of the garment. Two jobs usually done by hand, style by style, every season.
BI database
A cloud replica of the database, refreshed every night without touching system performance. Connect Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Excel: products, clients, suppliers, purchases, production, warehouses, price lists, costs.
Retail and tax compliance
In Italy the store integrates with certified fiscal printers and electronic invoicing goes through the SDI portal. Abroad, the system handles compliant receipt fiscalisation with no fiscal register to install: open a store, a pop-up or a concession and you are running.
B2B portal
Your clients place their own orders, on the catalogue and on the terms you set. Orders land in the system ready to be produced or shipped.
Channels and marketplaces
Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, Farfetch, JOOR, Cettire, Intramirror. Catalogue, images, price lists, stock and orders travel both ways in real time. The cost depends on the volume of the channel.
Third-party logistics (3PL)
If your warehouse is run by a logistics provider, we integrate with their system. We are already connected to several of them: put us in touch and we will map the flows together.
Consulting and development
Process analysis, additional training, development specific to your company. By the day or as a package, always agreed beforehand.
What people usually ask us.
Are the features the same in every plan?
What is the difference between a full and a limited user?
Why are prices not published?
How is the subscription calculated?
Are there setup costs?
How long is the contract?
Can I add and remove logins during the year?
Can I change plan as I grow?
What if the plan turns out to be too big?
Is support included in the price?
So what is charged separately?
Does the price include updates?
What happens to my data if I decide to leave?
Twenty minutes, and you will know what it costs.
You tell us how you work, we show you the system on your own processes and we prepare the quotation on your configuration. If we are not the right fit, we will be the ones to tell you.
