Software as a Service, SaaS is a software delivery method that provides access to software and its functions remotely as a Web-based service. Software as a Service allows organizations to access business functionality at a cost typically less than paying for licensed applications since SaaS pricing is based on a monthly fee. Also, because the software is hosted remotely, users don't need to invest in additional hardware. Software as a Service removes the need for organizations to handle the installation, set-up and often daily upkeep and maintenance.

Styles & Materials

The sketch of a style is assigned to an ID, a name, a size grid and a family group that will follow the style for all his life. Later by the association of styles with various materials, fabrics, leather, metals, etc. and the folder of seasonal colors will define collection items.

Components & Billing of Materials

All the components are splitted in accessories and cut materials. They can be managed by color, measure, color and measure or neutral. A dictionary managed from a table allow to describe also for a different language, the measurements descriptions for each item.

Technical Sheet

All the products informations, previously inserted, make up the data sheet. The system allows to extract in a single pdf document information related to the BOM, the colors combinations, the components, the production cycle, the grading sizes and the notes by type (eg, samples or production). The information can be managed in different languages.

Purchases and Production

Jf manage the production and/or the purchase of items and materials. Through the process of requirements MPS and multi-level MRP (material requirements planning) you can manage suppliers / contractors, supply conditions, price lists, barcodes and serial numbers, production orders, cycles progress and the supply chain. Purchase orders can be automatically generated. There is a specific module for the samples management and monitoring of the collection progress.

Customer Order / Agents / Show Room

The system manages the customer orders entry and agents with a single module where, with any kind device (PC, Mac, tablets, etc.), you can manage collection orders and replenishment orders. Users can view and query only the information where they are authorized. Orders are managed by a process of work flow. Users can print, in pdf format , the order proposal and order confirmation.

Delivery & Invoicing

To be shipped and invoiced a confirmed sales order must be reserved on the warehouse or from the production order. The next step is the generation and print of the picking lists and the packing by reading the barcode or RFID. At the end of the packing process, the system will print box labels, packing list and invoice.

Logistic & Warehouses

The logistics and warehouses management integrates all the previous modules. Using the warehouse documents, you may receive materials from suppliers, manage production orders, send raw materials to subcontractors, update the invoiced products, check the situation of the stock, online or in past date, for finished product and raw materials. You can manage multiple warehouses splitted in logical units, for ownership of the goods or for status.
